Return & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Prostica, we take strict quality control measures to ensure that every educational kit meets our high standards. Due to hygiene, safety, and educational-use reasons, all sales are final.

However, we accept returns or issue refunds only if:

  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The product is incomplete or missing items.
  • We shipped the wrong product by mistake.

2. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

When contacting us, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photo or video evidence of the damage or missing items.

3. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

A refund or replacement may be approved if the issue is verified. We may request additional photos or proof before processing the case.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used educational kits.
  • Replica teeth or dental components removed from sealed packaging.
  • Products damaged due to misuse.

5. Shipping Costs

If a return is required, shipping costs may be covered by Prostica depending on the case. For incorrect or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping fees. For any other circumstance, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless it qualifies under our damage/incorrect-item policy.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after approval, please:

  • Re-check your bank or payment account.
  • Contact your bank or card issuer (processing times vary).
