If a return is required, shipping costs may be covered by Prostica depending on the case. For incorrect or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping fees. For any other circumstance, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless it qualifies under our damage/incorrect-item policy.
